This is a collaborative applied study between the AlbertaConservation Association, the University of Calgary and Alberta Sustainable Resource Development; Fish and Wildlife Division investigating the ecology, population dynamics, habitat selection, and movements of pronghorn antelope in the grassland ecosystem of Alberta. Each component of this study is a piece of the puzzle that will ultimately allow us to assess whether the pronghorn antelope is an appropriate species to act as an indicator for the grassland ecosystem.
